Job Summary

Description: Title: Inspector, Final QA Pay rate to contractor: /$26.75 Max bill rate: /$46.90 Monday through Thursday: 5:30am - 4:00pm OT as needed on Friday ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Ø Perform the inspection of Device History Record (DHR) documentation for infusion pumps and wireless battery modules either on paper or in the electronic Manufacturing Execution System Camstar to ensure test procedures have been completed and release specifications are within specifications for final acceptance and release. Ø Perform inspection of the pump or wireless battery module to ensure all visual aspects, including approved labels, are met prior to release of the pump or wireless battery module. Ø Approves the release of the pump and wireless battery modules in the appropriate ERP system, as applicable (JDE B4ONE, JDE GME) Ø Ensures there are no open nonconformances associated with the pump or wireless battery modules in the approved nonconformance tracking system. Ø Reviews the device history log within a pump to ensure final testing has been completed in accordance to the applicable procedure. Ø Accurately record all failing observations using the rework form in Camstar or the nonconformance system as applicable. Ø Dispositions the rework activities of nonconformances and completes the electronic approval and closure process for any non-conformances with the device in the approved electronic system. Ø Ensure process control and maintenance procedures are being followed. Ø Recognize out of compliance/out of tolerance situations and take appropriate action. Ø Inspect Service Parts and approve release of the parts. Ø Assist with identification and containment of nonconforming product on the floor for internal investigations and holds. Ø Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED Ø Knowledge and working application of the following: Ø Measurement equipment. Ø cGMP documentation and FDA Ø Basic ESD requirements Ø Computer based programs Ø Data entry and spreadsheet applications. Ø Perform repetitive motions with hands/fingers. Ø Demonstrated attention to details and accuracy, required. Ø Must have good communication skills. Ø May be required to work flexible hours and overtime on short notice. Ø Ability to visually inspect and identify particulate/foreign matter and distinguish between colors as required by FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Ø High School diploma or GED. Ø Preferred experience in a pharmaceutical or Biotech industry helpful. Ø Must be familiar with cGMP and FDA requirements. V. Key Responsibilities

1. Execute Functional Tests According To The Test Plan And Defined Test Cases, Ensuring That All Functionality Meets Specified Requirements.
2. Update Test Case Execution Status In The Tracking System And Log Defects Accurately To Facilitate Effective Resolution.
3. Collaborate With Team Members To Discuss Testing Progress And Coordinate Efforts, While Providing Timely Updates To Clients Regarding Testing Status.
4. Assist In Creating Comprehensive Test Cases Derived From Functional Specifications And Software Requirement Specification Documents, Ensuring Thorough Coverage Of Functionalities.

1. Basic Understanding Of Functional Testing Methodologies And Processes.
2. Familiarity With Test Case Creation And Defect Tracking Tools.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Software Development Lifecycle And Quality Assurance Principles.
4. Strong Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills To Identify Issues Effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
