Job Summary

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This Associate is responsible for ensuring the Site experience is flawless and works with the partner teams in executing relevant tasks with accuracy and in a timely manner. Review and validate the site regularly and ensure its upkeep and callout/triage anomalies identified. Collaborate with CCS partners team to develop, maintain, and execute Quality Assurance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily review of website functionality to include site launches, offer codes, keyword search and emails  
  • Evaluate reporting to identify trends or possible website issues that will need further testing  
  • Leverage customer and associate sentiment through VOC feedback as a mechanism for identifying potential system issues  
  • Collaborate with team members, CCC leaders, and cross-functional partners to develop, maintain, and execute Quality Assurance testing  
  • Execute testing for enterprise projects to include user acceptance, system, and regression testing  
  • Develop and maintain test scripts based on business rules and requirements  
  • Communicate identified issues using established methodology to bring to resolution  
  • Update and maintain associate resources, inclusive of offer code grid, email calendars, etc.  
  • Maintain and manage Offer Code Grid/Lists for CCS visibility 
  • Responsible to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across all our digital platforms including site, mobile, app, social, and email.  
  • Ability to operate and flex in a 24/7 environment 
  • Builds and sustains relationships across the Care Center 
  • Exercise clear communication with various Care Center partners, leaders, and peers 
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts patterns including late night, early morning and weekend shifts  (4:30 am, 5:30 pm & 7:30 pm logins)

Key Responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of experience in working in an e-commerce retail corporation, retail operations, testing and Customer Service. (Experience working in Content Management system, CCS Applications would be an added advantage) 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft excel, word and reporting 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications experience
