Job Summary

The Lead Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions while providing technical leadership to engineering teams. This role demands for hands-on engineering expertise with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to engineering best practices, and alignment with business objectives. Lead Engineer will layer b/w the Engineering Lead and Integrator in the team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
  • Establish engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
  • Review & challenge technical designs, code, and solution architectures.
  • Be Proactive in driving innovation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Skill Requirements

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
  • Support team members in problem-solving and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
