Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Attrition Analysis Of Onsite Employees To Understand Impact On Business Track Utilisation Of The Onsite Employees And Prepare Related Reports Analyse The Average Resource Cost For The Onsite Employees Provide Inputs To The Benefits Team To Look At Possible Options For Reducing Costs Of The Benefits Provide Inputs For Preparation Of Business Development Pitch To The Client.
2. Coordinate With The Compliance Team, Mobility Team And The New Joinees, To Ensure Joining Formalities Are In Compliance With Regulatory Norms Review The Draft Of The Offer Letters Prepared By The Central Legal Team And Recommend Necessary Changes; Work With Them And Understand Legal Requirements For Offer Identify Applicable Legal Mandates At State, Federal And Central Levels Update The Hr Polices At Regular Intervals And Ensure They Are Compliant With The Local Regulatory Requirements (E.G. Country Specific Leave Policy, Etc.) And The Social Security Norms Participate In Internal / External Audits (Manpower Audit, Etc.); Provide Inputs On Information Requested By Auditors And Respond To Audit Queries As And When Required Liaise With Audit / Internal Team To Come Up With An Action Plan Based On The Audit Findings; Support Execution Of Action Plans To Ensure Closure Of Non-Compliances Monitor Maintenance Of Documentation As Required Conduct Trainings For Managers And Internal Stakeholder On Various Compliance Related Aspects
3. Coordinate With The Lob / Ep Hr And Mobility Team To Understand The Travel Requirements And Processing Of Visas For Transitioning Employees Coordinate With Consulates To Answer Any Queries During Visa Application Process Coordinate With The Tsc Team For Completion Of Handoff Of New Employees To Geo Hr; Complete Joining Formalities For All New Joinees (Transferred / Local Hires); Conduct Onboarding Orientation For The New Joiners / Deputes Including Asset Handover, Seat Allocation, Etc.; Resolve Employee Concerns/Issues Post Handoff Track Metrics Around New Joinees Connect With Employees On A One-On-One Basis At Periodic Intervals; Run The Ombudsman Desk, Weekly Hr Helpdesk And Employee Connect Programs To Understand And Address Employee Grievances Conduct Skip Level And Leadership Connect For Employees For Grievance Handling As And When Required
4. Understand Legally Mandated Benefits Within The Country; Facilitate Review Of New Benefits Introduced In The Country By Immigration And Employment Attorneys For Review Before Roll Out Administer The Benefits For The Onsite Employees In The Country Like Heath Insurance, Leave Administration, Retirements Etc. Prepare Reports On Mapping Of Benefits To Employees For The Dus And Share The Same With Relevant Stakeholders Coordinate With The Employees For Completion Of Pms Process Within The Timelines Specified By The Coe; Conduct Training For Onsite Employees On The Pms Process; Share Inputs With The Supervisor On Improvements To The Existing Process Gather The Training Requirements Of The Onsite Employees; Coordinate With The L&D Team In India For Delivery Of Trainings; Deliver Mandatory Trainings For The Region Coordinate With The Line Managers For Rolling Out Of The Corporate Initiatives Like Isuccess, Etc. Complete Separation Formalities Of Onsite Employees Including Exit And Separation Interviews Coordinate With Legal & Mobility And Employment Attorneys To Understand Legal Ramifications Of Planned Separations Monitor Completion Of Admin Formalities Of Separation Executed By Hr Shared Services Team
