Global Service Delivery Manager - SD & FSO

Job Summary

This role provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for large-scale infrastructure management programs, driving organizational transformation and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position oversees program execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver complex solutions that support enterprise growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead program strategy and execution by defining, prioritizing, and managing infrastructure management initiatives using advanced program management methodologies and enterprise tools.
2. Drive organizational transformation by aligning infrastructure programs with business goals, leveraging expertise in IT service management platforms and cloud technologies.
3. Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies through the application of governance frameworks and compliance standards relevant to infrastructure operations.
4. Facilitate executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication using program dashboards, reporting tools, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and alignment.
5. Champion continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure management by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating best practices across programs.
6. Manage cross-functional program teams, providing strategic guidance and fostering collaboration to achieve program milestones and deliverables.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
