Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes across multiple projects and business functions. Define programme scope, objectives, governance structure, and success criteria. Develop and manage programme plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure delivery milestones are met. Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Provide regular executive-level reporting on programme health, financials, and key outcomes. Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, business units, and technology teams. Ensure alignment of programme deliverables with organizational strategy and business objectives. Implement programme governance, change management, and quality assurance processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in programme

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of experience in Programme and Project Management. Proven track record of delivering large, complex transformation programmes. Strong expertise in budget management, resource planning, and governance. Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
