Job Summary

Role: TC Architect / Data Migration Speecialist

  • Required Skills :
    • Must have: Data Migration (ETL), TC / TCx , SOA, Migration (including legacy migration), AIG Tool, AWC Customization, Configuration and Integration Knowledge
    • Nice to have: TC MFG, Delmia DPE
  • Required Experience: 12-15 yrs
    • Must have experience of developing technical specifications, requirement gathering
    • Strong experience in Team Center customizations/ Data Migration/Integration
  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for planning, execution, and validation of data migration from legacy applications to TcX.
    • Coordinate with Business, IT, Siemens, and other suppliers to develop the execution plan, roadmap, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Provide support for API identification and documentation to enable data extraction by Siemens and other suppliers.
    • Support data extraction, cleansing, enrichment, and data import activities throughout the migration lifecycle.
    • Define the overall data migration strategy, including validation and quality assurance approaches.
    • Lead historical data migration activities prior to the decommissioning (sundowning) of legacy applications, in collaboration with suppliers.
    • Analyze legacy systems and TcX in terms of data models, formats, and dependencies to ensure smooth migration.
    • Support the definition of data transformation rules (formats, units, codes, structures) and ensure data standardization and harmonization.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all migration phases

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the technical architecture for teamcenter dev, server, and active workspace to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within teamcenter.
3. Lead the development and implementation of enhancements, customizations, and configurations in teamcenter dev, server, and active workspace.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to developers and administrators working on teamcenter projects.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in teamcenter development, server management, and active workspace configuration.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in teamcenter development, including customization, configuration, and integration.
2. Experience in managing teamcenter servers, including installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
3. Strong knowledge of active workspace configuration and customization.
4. Familiarity with cad integrations and plm business processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Other Requirements

1.Siemens PLM certification in Teamcenter administration or development preferred.
Maximum Salary (US):  219000
Minimum Salary (US):  105000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
