Job Summary

1, Designs and oversees the overall technical architecture for data ingestion and management within Adobe Experience Platform, which is the foundation for CJA.
2. Designs and plans the XDM (Experience Data Model) schema architecture along with CJA analytics fields groups and schema
3. Oversees the creation and configuration of datasets in AEP which would be leveraged to define CJA data views
4. Manages data ingestion strategies (e.g., Web SDK, other APIs).
5. Ensures data quality, governance, and security within AEP/CJA.
6. Collaborates with data engineers on data pipelines and transformations.
7. Provides technical guidance and best practices for AEP/CJA implementation.
8. Configures and manages the AEP/ CJA platform, including data sources, data views, data usage, and user access.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
