Job Summary
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP PP implementations and S/4HANA transformationsDrive both greenfield (new implementations) and brownfield (system conversion) projectsDesign and solution manufacturing and production planning processes, including MRP, demand planning, production orders, process orders, and capacity planningEnsure seamless integration with logistics (MM, WM/EWM, LE), procurement, and shop floor executionAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, leading workshops and translating requirements into scalable SAP solutionsConfigure and optimize SAP PP functionalities (BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, etc.)Analyze and manage SAP S/4HANA simplification items impacting manufacturing processesSupport data migration activitiesDrive fit-gap analyses, solution design, and process harmonizationSupport testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and go-live activitiesCollaborate with international teams-12+ Years of demonstrated experience'- Should be german speaking- S/4 HANA Manufacturing architect- Should have hands on S/4 Manufacturing modules Production planning/Scheduling/Manufacturing operations- Should have worked in the role of Manufacturing architect for atleast 2 SAP Implementation projects
Key Responsibilities
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
