Job Summary

"We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Lead – SAP Logistics Transportation Management ™ to drive enterprise-scale S/4HANA digital transformation initiatives in a global Hi-Tech semiconductor / manufacturing environment.
The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end Logistics solution design, process transformation, and deployment SAP Transportation Management (TM) integrated with manufacturing, planning, procurement, quality, and global supply chain operations.
The candidate will play a strategic leadership role across business process harmonization, global template definition, transportation optimization, and large-scale ERP transformation programs involving greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations.
This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities working with Business, IT, System Integrators, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Warehouse Operations, and external logistics providers across global regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP TM workstream across full-cycle implementation projects
Conduct fit-gap workshops, requirement gathering, and business process design
Configure key TM functionalities:
Freight Order Management, Planning & Optimization
Carrier Selection, Tendering & Execution
Transportation Costing & Settlement
Drive integration with EWM, SD, MM, GTS, and FI
Define and implement end-to-end logistics and transportation processes
Prepare functional specifications (FS) and collaborate on RICEFW developments
Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover activities, and hypercare support
Ensure alignment with global templates and industry best practices
Manage stakeholder communication and client expectations
•    Lead end-to-end SAP TM design and implementation including transportation planning, optimization, freight order/unit management, and shipment execution. 
•    Drive carrier management, tendering, and freight settlement with accurate cost allocation and enhanced global transportation visibility. 
•    Architect integrated transportation solutions across EWM, GTS, SD, MM, and external carrier platforms, supporting complex scenarios like STO, supplier, subcontracting, and customer deliveries."
