Job Summary

"The SAP S/4HANA TM Architect will design and lead transportation and logistics architecture as part of a greenfield/brownfield transformation in a semiconductor supply chain. The role focuses on integrating transportation planning and execution with warehouse, manufacturing, and advanced planning systems, enabling seamless end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill processes.
Key Responsibilities
•    Define TM solution architecture for transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and carrier management
•    Lead TM design for greenfield (new implementation) and brownfield (conversion/harmonization) S/4HANA programs
•    Architect end-to-end transportation flows across inbound supply, inter-plant movements, and outbound distribution
•    Enable tight integration between planning and logistics execution systems
•    Design integrations with: 
o    SAP S/4 (EWM, MM, SD, PP)
o    Planning systems (Kinaxis / IBP) for demand, supply, and capacity alignment
o    MES for production-linked shipping and staging
•    Optimize transportation planning, routing, load building, and freight cost management 
•    Ensure real-time shipment visibility and execution synchronization across systems
•    Define integration architecture (APIs, middleware, event-based flows)
•    Drive standardization, clean core principles, and scalable logistics design
Must-Have Skills
•    Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
•    Strong experience in transportation planning, execution, and freight cost processes 
•    Proven experience in greenfield and/or brownfield S/4 transformations
•    Hands-on integration experience with: 
o    SAP EWM, MM, SD
o    Planning systems (Kinaxis or SAP IBP)
o    MES systems (production/logistics integration)
•    Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and planning-to-execution integration
•    Experience in high-tech / semiconductor supply chains 
o    Complex networks, long lead times, global distribution
•    Expertise in transportation modeling (lanes, consolidation, routing, tendering) 
•    Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware"
