Job Summary

"We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Fiori & ABAP on HANA Developer Lead E4.1 with strong expertise across the S/4HANA development stack, including Fiori/UI5, ABAP on HANA, BTP extensions, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, with strong technical depth, ownership, and the ability to effectively collaborate within a global delivery model.
Fiori Development & Delivery:
Own and manage 60+ Fiori apps (Fiori Elements & UI5 Freestyle)
Develop new apps replacing Z-transactions and SIT/UAT gaps
Integrate with CDS Views & OData (RAP/ABAP) ensuring clean UI/backend separation
Implement annotations, extensions & custom UI5 apps for complex scenarios
Ensure user-friendly error handling and superior UX
SAP BTP & Hybrid Deployment:
Develop & deploy apps on SAP BTP (BAS, HTML5 Repo, Work Zone)
Manage hybrid architecture (ABAP + BTP) with clear governance
Build apps using Flexible Programming Model (TypeScript UI5)
Enable SSO via IAS/IPS and integrate with CPI/APIs
Develop offline/mobile-enabled apps for shop floor use
Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Launchpad & UX Governance:
Design Fiori Launchpad (Spaces & Pages) for multiple personas
Ensure seamless navigation & unified experience across ABAP & BTP apps
Manage tiles, catalogs & app lifecycle (versioning, deprecation)
Define and enforce UX standards, theming & responsive design
Build reusable UI5 component libraries
Security & Authorization:
Manage role-based access (PFCG + BTP role collections)
Ensure correct app-to-authorization mapping & SoD compliance
Support UAT security validation and defect resolution
Performance & Optimization:
Ensure high performance (≤3 sec load time)
Optimize OData calls, UI5 rendering & BTP performance
Implement monitoring and performance tuning
Post Go-Live Support:
Support hypercare and enhancements
Track user adoption & continuous improvements
Drive migration of apps to BTP aligned with Clean Core strategy "
