Job Summary
"Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, managing global delivery teams, governance, stakeholder alignment, risks, timelines, budget, quality, deployment, and business adoption across enterprise implementation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation programs.
Manage project scope, milestones, budgets, resources, RAID, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, change, and hypercare teams.
Drive stakeholder alignment, solution validation, deployment readiness, PMO compliance, and business adoption.
16–20 years of IT/ERP delivery experience with 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong SAP Activate, implementation lifecycle, governance, project planning, RAID, and executive reporting experience.
Experience managing onsite-offshore teams, system integrators, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of SAP testing, cutover, deployment, data migration, integrations, and hypercare.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
• 10–13 years of experience in PMO, project controls, or project coordination roles.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale SAP implementation programs.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project lifecycle phases.
• Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, governance, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Expertise in RAID management, dependency tracking, issue escalation, and action tracking.
• Experience supporting multi-workstream and multi-vendor project environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience creating management dashboards and executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment."
