Job Summary

Mandatory Skills: SAP EWM, S4 HANA Transformation, S/4HANA Implementation Experience is must
Must-Have Skills
•    Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded/decentralized)
•    Strong experience in warehouse + logistics execution architecture
•    Proven experience in greenfield and/or brownfield S/4 transformations
•    Hands-on integration experience with: 
o    SAP MM, PP, TM
o    Planning tools (Kinaxis or SAP IBP)
o    MES systems (production integration, staging, backflush)
•    Strong understanding of planning-to-execution integration and inventory flows
•    Experience in high-tech / semiconductor supply chains
•    Knowledge of RF, warehouse processes, and material handling concepts
•    Strong expertise in integration design (APIs, middleware, event-based flows)
Nice-to-Have Skills
•    Experience with advanced planning integration (Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP)
•    Exposure to warehouse automation (ASRS, robotics, conveyors)
•    Knowledge of yard logistics and transportation integration (SAP TM)
•    Familiarity with SAP BTP / Integration Suite / event-driven architecture
•    Experience with serialization, traceability, or cleanroom logistics
•    Understanding of control tower / real-time visibility solutions
The SAP S/4HANA EWM Lead to deliver warehouse and logistics solutions as part of a greenfield/brownfield transformation for a semiconductor organization. The role focuses on integrating warehouse execution with planning systems, enabling seamless flow across planning, manufacturing, and logistics in a complex, high-value supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
•    Define EWM architecture and design for inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes
•    Lead EWM design for greenfield (new build) and brownfield (conversion/harmonization) implementations
•    Enable tight integration between warehouse execution and planning systems (Kinaxis / IBP)
•    Architect end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill flow connecting planning, inventory, and logistics execution
•    Design integrations with: 
o    SAP S/4 (MM, PP, TM)
o    MES for production supply, staging, and WIP movements
o    Planning platforms (Kinaxis/IBP) for inventory and fulfillment alignment
•    Support semiconductor-specific requirements such as multi-stage BOM flows, long lead times, and high-value/serialized materials
•    Drive real-time inventory visibility and execution synchronization
•    Define integration architecture (APIs, middleware, data models)
•    Ensure scalability, standardization, and clean core compliance
