Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end functional design within the Informa Link program, which is focused on Workday implementation.This is a hybrid role combining elements of Architecture, Business Analysis, and Program Management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the E2E functional design across the program.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from Cloudrock, Informa, and HCL.Drive process, information, and data design aligned with enterprise strategy.Ensure delivery assurance across integration and compliance programs.Maintain discipline and clarity around requirements management.Technical Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with AWS and AWS services.Understanding of SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications.Proven track record in integration programs involving Workday, middleware stacks, and SaaS platforms.Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD).Experience integrating with platforms such as Kyriba and Pagero.Program InvolvementThis role spans two key programs:Workday Integration Program – approx. 50% bandwidth.Compliance Programs:E-invoicing for France, Middle East, and UAE.ISO2022 regulation – standardisation of addresses for International SWIFT payments.

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
