Job Summary

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA SCM Lead – Kinaxis
Position: SCM Lead - Kinaxis | Program: S/4HANA Digital Transformation | Duration: 12–24 months | Level: Lead
Role Summary
The SCM Lead will drive end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics transformation as part of a greenfield/brownfield S/4HANA program. This role will lead the design and deployment of Kinaxis-based planning capabilities, tightly integrated with SAP S/4 and execution systems, to enable real-time, synchronized planning and logistics execution in a complex semiconductor supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead SCM workstream across supply chain planning, inventory, and logistics integration
•Drive design and implementation of Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Capacity & Factory Planning)
•Define end-to-end planning-to-execution processes aligned with Plan-to-Fulfill
•Ensure seamless integration between: 
oKinaxis and SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP)
oMES and PLM systems for manufacturing and product lifecycle alignment
•Enable real-time planning visibility, scenario modeling, and decision support
•Align planning processes with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times, fab-to-assembly flows)
•Lead cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, manufacturing, and IT
•Drive process standardization, data integration, and digital transformation outcomes
Must-Have Skills
•10–15+ years in SAP SCM / supply chain transformation programs
•Strong expertise in: 
oKinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Planning)
oSAP S/4HANA integration with planning systems
•Proven experience in greenfield and/or brownfield S/4 implementations
•Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning and logistics processes
•Hands-on experience integrating: 
oKinaxis with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4) and planning data flows [linkedin.com]
oMES and PLM systems
•Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing supply chains
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership
Nice-to-Have Skills
•Experience with advanced planning scenarios (capacity planning, constraint-based planning, S&OP)
•Exposure to EWM / TM integration for execution alignment
•Familiarity with SAP BTP / Integration Suite / middleware tools
•Knowledge of AI/ML-driven planning and control tower capabilities
•Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integration frameworks for planning systems 
•Kinaxis certifications (RapidResponse Author / Solution Consultant)
