Job Summary
Technical Solution Architect – Telecom / Networks
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for telecom/network transformation programs, working closely with customers, business teams, and delivery units.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Drive solution design and architecture for telecom/network domains (Core, IP/MPLS, OSS/BSS, SDN/NFV, 5G, network operations).
• Exposure to 5G, O-RAN, vRAN, packet core, service assurance, network testing, or lab modernization.
• Translate business needs into HLDs, architecture blueprints, and scalable technical solutions.
• Support RFP/RFI response, solutioning, estimation inputs, and technical narratives.
• Define technology stack, integration approach, and non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, security).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct customer workshops / solution walkthroughs.
• Provide inputs on network transformation, automation, cloud-native architectures, and AI-driven operations.
• Strong expertise in telecom/network technologies with exposure to automation, cloud, APIs, microservices, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with telecom vendors such as Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Juniper etc.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consultative problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
