Job Summary

Role Summary 

The Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect is responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, technical leadership, and design governance across complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead solution architecture design for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. 

  • Own functional, technical, security, integration, and data architecture. 

  • Produce and maintain solution design artefacts and architecture documentation. 

  • Act as technical authority for clients and delivery teams. 

  • Provide architectural governance across build, test, deploy, and support phases. 

  • Design integrations using Azure Integration Services and Power Automate. 

  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards. 

  • Support pre-sales activities and contribute to practice assets.

  • 8+ years Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solution delivery experience.

  • Experience with Azure integrations, plugins, and custom development. 

  • Strong understanding of ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

Certifications (Preferred) 

  • PL-600 

  • PL-200
