Group Technical Architect

Job Summary

"1.    Telecom Domain knowledge:
•    OSS and Orchestration.
•    Networking knowledge (L2/L3 implementation experience).
2.    Solution Architecture experience:
•    Experience in Design and implementation of complex large scale multi-tenant/site projects with DR/HA in Enterprise environments.
•    Experience in design and delivery of multi-product solutions.
3.    Technical experience:
•    Programming background (Java) preferred.
•    Working with COTS products in enterprise environments.
•    Knowledge of Virtualization/containerization.
•    Troubleshooting skills critical. Since the flow of information will be very limited between customer environment and product teams.
4.    Soft skills:
•    Experience working with customers and product/delivery teams to translate customer requirements to solution design (High level and low level).
•    Ability to handle entire design/delivery lifecycle until handover to support.
•    Cognizant of data privacy and security restrictions."

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
