Job Summary

skills- Sales, Service. Marketing, CPQ,CLM, Experience cloud , Integration 

Must have 8-12 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects

-Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community cloud
-10+ years Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
-Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
-10+ years multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems
-8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP)
-Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing
-Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development
-Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, appexchange apps, accelerators, and connectors
-Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
-Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
-Must have an extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
-Must have 12+ years' experience in developing technology solutions

Key Responsibilities

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
