ROLE OVERVIEW

Brazil's corporate compliance landscape — eSocial, SPED, and a fast-changing tax regime — makes local corporate digitalisation materially different from a global template rollout. This SME is the on-the-ground domain authority for Digital Corporate at the Curitiba site, covering local Finance, Workforce/HR, Legal & Compliance, and Property Management processes, and acting as the bridge between the Brazil site's corporate function leads and the global Digital Corporate platform teams — including the ERP Centre of Excellence (SAP COE, CE SAP, Buses MFG and Penta Manufacturing system owners), Brand Management/Communications/CSR, and Strategy & Portfolio Management. The role demands someone who has sat inside a Brazilian corporate function, understands local statutory reporting obligations, and can translate that context into digital solution requirements the global platform team can build against.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead current-state discovery across Finance (FP&A, controlling, reporting), Workforce/HR, Legal, Compliance and Property Management processes at the Brazil site — facilitated directly with local corporate stakeholders in Portuguese.

  • Act as the Brazil-site domain interface between local corporate function leads and the client's global Digital Corporate platform team (Corporate Orchestration, ERP COE, Corporate Data Products & AI Adoption).

  • Validate ERP and platform configurations — SAP S/4HANA Finance, SuccessFactors, SAP GRC, and relevant ERP COE modules (CE SAP, SAP COE, Finance Core Systems, HR & Other HQ Core Systems) — against Brazilian statutory reporting (eSocial, SPED), tax, and labour requirements.

  • Guide local input into Brand Management, Communications & CSR and Strategy & Portfolio Management workstreams where they touch the Brazil site.

  • Represent the Brazil site's Digital Corporate perspective in programme governance, including sessions with the client's global Digital Corporate leadership.

  • Working knowledge of Brazilian statutory and compliance obligations relevant to corporate digitalisation — eSocial, SPED, local tax reporting, and CSRD/ESG-equivalent sustainability reporting.

  • Fluent Portuguese (native or C1+) AND professional English — all local stakeholder engagement, workshops and escalations will be conducted in both languages.

  • Demonstrable experience as a domain SME or senior business analyst on a large ERP or corporate transformation programme.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Background in corporate functions within a commercial vehicle, truck, or industrial manufacturing group operating in the Curitiba / Paraná region.

  • Exposure to Brand Management, Communications, or CSR digitalisation alongside core Finance/HR/Legal scope.
