Job Summary

• Must possess extensive expertise in JD Edwards Demand Scheduling Execution (DSE), Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Automotive Scheduling processes.
• Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Define end-to-end business process architecture covering Demand Scheduling, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Planning, Shop Floor Management, and EDI integrations.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend optimal JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions leveraging standard functionality and industry best practices.
• Design and govern automotive customer scheduling processes involving EDI transactions such as 830, 862, 866, and related demand scheduling requirements.
• Provide leadership for Inventory Management processes including Item Master, Branch/Plant setup, Warehouse operations, Inventory Replenishment, Lot Management, and Inventory Control.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, EDI, Data Migration, and Technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Define master data strategy, conversion requirements, and data governance principles for migration from AS/400 to JD Edwards.
• Review and approve functional designs, configuration setups, customization requirements, and integration specifications.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover planning activities.
• Support business process standardization, process optimization, and adoption of JD Edwards best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to functional consultants and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support executive stakeholders by providing solution recommendations, risk assessments, implementation strategies, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure successful deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization of Demand Scheduling and Inventory processes.
• Experience in Automotive Supply Chain, OEM/Tier-1 Scheduling Processes, EDI Integration, and JDE Manufacturing modules will be a strong advantage.

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
