Job Summary

Define target-state data architecture and migration roadmap for Databricks to Snowflake.Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data models, ELT patterns, and data platforms.Lead assessment of existing data assets, pipelines, and workloads, and define migration strategies.Establish data governance, security, lineage, and compliance standards.Drive performance optimization, reliability, and operational best practices across the data ecosystem.Collaborate with business, engineering, and platform teams to ensure successful migration and adoption.Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and architectural guidance throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities
