Job Summary

* AI Product Strategy and Vision: The role involves Consulting on promoting Agentic AI with Domain(FS / RCPG / LSH, Manufturing / Tehcnology) specific knowledge on Process Automation with Business & IT team stakeholders on Google Cloud AI Tech Stack.  It requires a strong agile product development mindset to allign with domain specific process to Identify Agenti AI Automation use Cases to address customer challenges and industry trends.
• Product Development and Execution: Responsibilities include managing Product development roadmaps for qualified Agentic AI Use cases, functional requirmeent with AI Automaton initiatives (Proudct  backlog) , Translating business needs into detailed Fucntional & Tecnical specifications to drive agile iterative delivery with Engineering and User teams to ensure timely, quality product releases. 
• Stakeholder Alignment and Go-to-Market: The position serves as the primary product expert collaborating across functions like engineering, UX, sales, and marketing. It involves engaging customers for feedback, supporting product launches and adoption, and monitoring key performance metrics to guide continuous improvement

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
