Job Summary

1. Role Context We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead – SAP GTS to drive Global Trade Services workstreams within a large-scale Enterprise S/4HANA Digital Transformation Program aligned to discrete manufacturing business processes. This role will be responsible for leading SAP GTS solution design, implementation, integration, and deployment across complex global supply chain operations involving export compliance, customs management, intercompany logistics, subcontracting, spare parts distribution, and cross-border manufacturing movements. The candidate will work closely with Global Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and System Integrator teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and integrated business processes across SAP S/4HANA, GTS, EWM, TM, and external logistics ecosystems. 2. Key Responsibilities SAP GTS Solution •Lead SAP GTS solution design and deployment for enterprise S/4HANA transformation programs.  •Drive global template standardization for export compliance, customs, and international trade processes.  •Design scalable and compliant business processes aligned with current and future-state business operations.  Compliance & Trade Management •Lead implementation and support of SAP GTS processes including SPL screening, export control, embargo checks, license determination, customs, trade preference, and product classification (ECCN/HTS). •Drive end-to-end trade compliance across global shipments, intercompany transfers, subcontracting, and spare parts logistics. •Ensure adherence to international trade regulations through effective control design, system configuration, and operational governance. Integration & Enterprise Architecture •Lead SAP GTS integration with S/4HANA, EWM, TM, and external logistics/customs systems to enable seamless compliance and logistics data flow across the supply chain •Design and manage enterprise interfaces including IDocs, RFCs, and middleware integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party systems. •Oversee interface operations including monitoring, queue management, and data replication to ensure system stability, data integrity, and uninterrupted integration performance Business Process & Transformation •Drive end-to-end trade and logistics processes including STOs, intercompany shipments, outbound logistics, spare parts distribution, and cross-border manufacturing flows. •Partner with business stakeholders to define and enable future-state digital trade, logistics, and compliance capabilities across global operations. 3. Required Skills Skill    Proficiency Functional     Advanced - Compliance Management, Export Control, Customs Management, Trade Preference Management, Product Classification Strong understanding of: ECCN classification, HTS classification, Export/import compliance, Global trade regulations, Cross-border logistics processes  Technical & Integration    Advanced — Integration expertise between SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA, ECC, EWM, TM  Hands-on experience with IDocs, RFCs, Middleware, Queue monitoring, Interface troubleshooting, Master data replication  Good understanding of SAP architecture and enterprise integration patterns.  Supply Chain    Expert — Understanding of Discrete manufacturing, Semiconductor/high-tech supply chains, Spare parts logistics, Subcontracting operations, Warehouse and transportation processes  Knowledge of global manufacturing and logistics operations in regulated environments.  4. Experience Requirements Requirement    Minimum Total IT Experience with strong SAP GTS domain expertise    10+
