Job Summary

Senior Technical Data Project Manager – Data & Analytics (Azure/GCP) | 15+ years’ experience Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Data Project Manager to lead enterprise Data & Analytics transformation programs on Azure and/or GCP, with strong delivery, stakeholder management, presales, RFP, and proposal support capabilities. Collaborate with business, architecture, engineering, delivery, and sales teams to deliver cloud-based data modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Delivery Manage end-to-end Data & Analytics program delivery. Lead planning, estimation, budgeting, staffing, execution, and reporting. Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery across distributed teams. Track risks, issues, dependencies, governance, quality, and financials. Ensure smooth transition from initiation to deployment and support. Technical Leadership Partner with architects and engineering teams on delivery strategy. Oversee Data Lake, Warehouse, Lakehouse, BI, AI, and modernization solutions. Review solution designs, risks, and roadmaps. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary client and executive stakeholder contact. Manage expectations, escalations, communications, workshops, and reviews. Build strong relationships with customer leadership and sponsors. Presales, RFP & Proposals Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, SOWs, and delivery commercials. Define delivery strategy, estimates, timelines, staffing, risks, assumptions, and migration approach. Partner with Sales, Presales, Architects, and SMEs for solutions, presentations, and proposal defense. Required Skills Project & Program Management Large-scale program/project management. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery. RAID, resource, vendor, budget, forecasting, and stakeholder management. Data & Analytics Expertise Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, ETL/ELT, integration, and migration. Data Governance, Data Quality, BI, reporting, AI/ML, and analytics platforms. Azure Technology Experience Exposure to: ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Purview. GCP Technology Experience Exposure to: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Data Fusion, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, Looker, Composer, and Dataplex. Preferred Qualifications Cloud migration/modernization and global delivery management experience. Strong proposal writing, client presentation, and CXO engagement skills. Managed services and transformation delivery experience. Preferred Certifications PMP/PRINCE2, CSM/SAFe. Must have : Basic level Azure or Google services Fundamental certification

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
