Job Summary

ROLE PURPOSE
Provide technical leadership and architecture-review discipline to migration squads, ensuring sound designs, controlled HITL gates and high-quality customer releases.

QUALIFICATIONS & LEVEL
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous.
• Senior/lead profile: owns complex outcomes, mentors team members and influences architecture, quality and stakeholder decisions.
• Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data.

Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead discovery, solution design, estimation and technical execution for assigned applications and waves.
• Review tiering, conversion approach, SDK mappings, module rewrites, test strategy and release evidence.
• Chair or facilitate HITL gates, document decisions and ensure issues are resolved before progression.
• Enforce architecture, secure coding, quality and IP controls; manage technical debt and exceptions.
• Coach engineers, distribute work, resolve complex defects and escalate cross-team dependencies.
• Promote approved patterns and lessons learned while monitoring first-pass quality, parity and leakage.

KEY DELIVERABLES / SUCCESS MEASURES
• Approved technical designs; design compliance ≥95%; first-pass HITL quality; tier parity achieved; low defect leakage; productive and well-governed squads.

KEY INTERFACES
• Architect/ARB, Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Conversion and SDK Engineers, QA, Hand Held engineering and End Customer SMEs.

Skill Requirements

Staffing-plan skills: Tech Led with AI led design & execution skills.
Enhanced requirements: Technical leadership, mobile/Android architecture, AI-assisted engineering, migration and refactoring, SDK/API integration, design and code review, DevSecOps, test strategy, troubleshooting, mentoring and stakeholder communication.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
