Job Summary

Job Description – QM Architect Role: QM Architect Role Summary We are looking for an experienced QM Architect with 16+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and Supply Chain processes. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, process design, implementation, and integration of SAP QM with other supply chain modules in SAP S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP QM solution architecture, design, configuration, and implementation. Design quality processes covering incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection, quality notifications, certificates, and results recording. Provide expertise in Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, MICs, Sampling Procedures, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications, and Quality Certificates. Architect integration of SAP QM with MM, PP, SD, EWM/WM, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics processes. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution designs and functional specifications. Lead workshops with business stakeholders and provide recommendations based on SAP best practices. Support S/4HANA transformation/migration, process harmonization, testing, cutover, and go-live activities. Work closely with functional, technical, integration, and master-data teams to resolve complex cross-module issues. Provide technical/functional leadership, solution governance, and mentoring to SAP QM team members. Required Skills 16+ years of SAP experience, with deep hands-on expertise in SAP QM. Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Logistics processes. Strong SAP QM integration knowledge with MM, PP, SD and EWM/WM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs. Strong knowledge of QM master data, inspection processes, quality notifications, certificates, and reporting. Ability to develop solution architecture, functional designs, integration designs, and process flows. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: Experience leading implementations, regulated/quality-intensive manufacturing environments, SAP Fiori applications, and integration with external Quality/LIMS/MES systems.
