Job Summary

  • Define enterprise and solution architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Lead architecture design reviews and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Provide technical leadership for large-scale transformation and modernization programs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, product owners, and vendors.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Establish architecture governance, technology roadmaps, and technical standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
  • Lead application modernization, integration, automation, and AI initiatives.
  • Drive performance optimization, resiliency, security, and compliance controls.
  • Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams.
  • Support solution estimation, technical proposals, and customer presentations.

 

Key Responsibilities

The Group Technical Architect is responsible for defining and governing technology architecture across multiple programs, applications, and business units. The role focuses on driving technology strategy, solution architecture, digital transformation initiatives, scalability, security, and technical governance while aligning with business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
