2. Get Information Around The Final Employees Identified For Transition Oversee Setup Of The Necessary Infrastructure (Systems / Decision Rules / Policy Administration Guidelines, Etc.) For Effective Employee Transition Conduct Communication Sessions, One-On-One Sessions, Townhalls, Etc. For The Transferring Employees To Educate Them About The Hcl Hr Programs, Policies, Benefits, Etc. Engage With Unions / Works Councils As Applicable To Address Their Issues / Concerns Connect With Transferring Employees And Resolve Issues/Queries Through Associated Teams Perform Complex Transactions Like Disciplinary Actions, Customer Escalation Management, Etc. Roll-Out Additional Initiatives For Smooth Transition Of Employees To Hcl, If Required Share The Offer/Transfer Letters With The Incoming Employees Enrol Incoming Employees In The New Compensation And Benefits Programs To Ensure Employees Come On Board On The Agreed Date
3. Prepare An Induction Plan For The Transferring Employees Familiarize The New Joinees With The Hcl Landscape, Systems, Virtual Workspace, Etc. Share Point Of Contacts For Various Issues With The Employees; Introduce The New Joinee With The Team Members; Circulate The Welcome Note As Per The Process Guidelines Conduct Presentation On Company History, Value System, Policies, Etc. For The New Joinees Interact With The New Joinees Periodically Prepare The Handover Documents And Share It With The Hr Operations (Lob Hr Or Geo Hr Team) For The Employees, If Required
4. Scout For Leads For Employee Transfer Projects Through Cold Calls, Rfp/Rfi, Etc.; Participate In The Rfp Process By Preparing Proposal Detailing Out Hcl''S Approach / Methodology / Credentials Coordinate With Internal Team For Additional Information Required For Rfp Response; Customize The Response To The Rfp As Per The Requirements Of The Client Estimate The Cost For Transferring, Hiring, Outsourcing Employees, As Required; Agree On The Selection Process For Employees To Be Selected, Its Impact On Hcl Business And Cost Associated With It Prepare The Hr Due Diligence Report For The Deal Including Financial Liability (Severance Pay, Social Security, Fringe Benefits, Retirals, Etc.) For Hcl Define The Master Service Agreement (Msa) Ensuring Hr Schedule Is Adhered To And Msa Is Complete In Terms Of Quantifying Legal Risks, Liabilities, Flagging Of Issues, Etc. Include Necessary Caveats For Costing, Etc. In The Proposal Should The Scope Of Work Increase When More Data Becomes Available
