Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to perform transactions in adherence to the defined process and SLAs; respond to queries raised by the employees on the transactions / processes and provide inputs on process improvement areas, within the regulatory guidelines and policies of HCL Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform Transactions And Update The System For The Concerned Process As Per The Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) Defined Maintain Record Of The Transactions Executed As Per The Defined Protocol For Future Reference Respond To Queries By The Customers Employees On The Transactions Executed
2. Provide Inputs On Process And Service Effectiveness Improvement Areas To The Supervisor Identify Ways To Improve Processes / Enhance Service Effectiveness Support Implementation Of The Revised Processes And Communication Regarding The Same To The Relevant Departments
