Job Description:SummaryA Cerner RadNet Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the Cerner RadNet Radiology Information System (RIS) within the Cerner Millennium/Oracle Health ecosystem. The role ensures smooth radiology workflows, resolves technical and functional issues, and collaborates with clinical and IT teams to enhance system performance.Key Responsibilities1. Application Support & Issue ResolutionProvide L2 support for Cerner RadNet and integrated ancillary systems (PACS, EMR, billing, ECG/diagnostic systems).Troubleshoot incidents related to order entry, scheduling, reporting, documentation, workflow issues, and interface errors.Respond to helpdesk tickets, ensure SLA adherence, and deliver timely resolutions.2. Documentation & TrainingCreate and maintain SOPs, technical documents, and training material.3. Interface & System Integration Support (preferred)Monitor, troubleshoot, and support interfaces between RadNet and systems like PACS, Fuji Synapse, Siemens Syngo, billing systems, and ECG solutions.Understand HL7, DICOM standards, and data flows for diagnostic imaging.4. Required Qualifications & Experience3–5+ years in healthcare IT application support or Cerner application support roles.Strong, hands‑on expertise with Cerner RadNet configuration and support.
