Job Summary
| This role requires deep Epic experience and the ability to lead end-to-end Epic implementations across clinics, hospitals, emergency departments, inpatient units, towers, surgical centers, etc. This includes coordinating discovery, design, build, testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization. They should understand Epic dependencies, resourcing models, and project sequencing. In addition, the PM must understand Community Connect/Growth needs, interfaces, and possess strong relationship management skills and executive presence to effectively partner with internal leaders and external organizations. They should be able to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent implementations. This role serves as the primary point of accountability and must be able to manage escalations, set expectations, and maintain customer trust. Finally, this resource should have a strong command of scope, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and issue resolution in complex healthcare IT environments. The PM must proactively identify risks that could impact timelines, revenue, or partner satisfaction and drive timely resolution. |
