IICS Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Minium 5+ years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / IDMC.

  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems (e.g., databases, files, APIs).
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, including job failures and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in data validation, testing, and deployment activities.
    Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / IDMC.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable data integration solutions.
  • Develop mappings, workflows, sessions, and reusable components.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems (e.g., databases, files, APIs).
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, including job failures and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Informatica PowerCenter / Cloud (IICS/IDMC)
    • SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Good understanding of:
    • Data Warehousing concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
    • Data modeling and data integration techniques
  • Experience with:
    • Performance tuning and optimization
    • Unix/Linux scripting
    • Scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys, Control-M)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
