Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Ma

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead IT operations management using ITIL frameworks and enterprise tools to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable internal IT services across the assigned geography.
2. Direct the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications leveraging platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
3. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes utilizing automation and monitoring solutions to minimize downtime and enhance service quality.
4. Develop and implement strategic IT initiatives by analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable technology roadmaps using advanced analytics and reporting tools.
5. Manage IT risk and compliance through expert application of cybersecurity standards, data protection protocols, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the region.
6. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to IT teams, fostering technical growth and operational excellence within the geography.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT operations with business goals, driving innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
