Job Summary

Below are the key pointer we will look for in the resources

  • Experience creating master record (data entry) for customer, product & vendor from the data received through multiple channels
  • Understanding of master data and ensuring entries are made in the right place in the application
  • Experience in performing analysis of data and removing duplicates, perform required data cleansing, data quality checks, and fixes
  • Communicate with stakeholders on master data process and any discrepancies
  • Experience with one or more domains - Customer, Product and Vendor
  • Checking the SPIR or document sheets to validate the dimensions of materials.
  • Material Standardization as per Clients Required Standard, Generate and check the Short
  • descriptions and Long Descriptions.
  • Identification of duplicate Materials based on Part number and Attribut&
  • Quality Check for consistency and accuracy using MS-Excel.
  • Bill Of Materials: Creatk)n, Changes (adding/replacing substitute materials and deleting Of
  • materials).
  • Extend and Data Standardization in ERP tools. Material Cod' ng and cataloguing as per UNSPSC
  • Assigning UNSPSC w.r.t the Materials at high level (Segment, Family, Class, Commodity).
  • Preferably engineers with experience entering master data in SAP

 

  • Role: Master Data Specialist for HEINEKEN Master Data Operations.
  • Objective: Ensure accurate, validated, and consistent Master Data across Global MDM and OpCo systems.
  • Key focus: Data creation, maintenance, monitoring, cleansing, and quality control.
  • SLA ownership: Process Master Data requests within agreed service levels.
  • Data governance: Identify, escalate, and resolve data quality/governance issues.
  • Tools exposure: Global MDM tools, SAP, Ataccama, workflow tools, MS Office.
  • Stakeholder support: Handle queries and coordinate with OpCo, Local Data Stewards, Global Data teams, and Business Support.
  • Process improvement: Support automation, testing, SOP updates, and optimization initiatives.
  • Reporting & analysis: Provide reports, data analysis, and support business/project requirements.
  • Transition support: Assist or lead new scope transitions from OpCos.
  • People support: Train new joiners, act as buddy, and support team knowledge sharing.
  • Experience: Junior 2+ years, Admin 3–4 years, Senior 4+ years in MDM/Data Governance.
  • Core skills: Data management, governance, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management.
