This individual will report to the CISOThe candidate will be responsible for setting up Common Reference frameworks for security across multiple business linesCan define policies and standards which can be used for security implementation under a common programLead the efforts for “security of the future” – define new strategy & capabilities around Securing AI, Quantum , changes in Cloud security management etcBuild a coherent strategy for security that can be communicated internally and externally to all stakeholdersDefine the engagement plan with top customers to build trust on security postureThe candidate should be someone who has played a leadership role in security strategy and architectureHas experience around multiple security domains as an architectUnderstands AI and its implications on securityCan demonstrate core security competence in atleast 2 security domainsHas experience of working with development teams to build solutions securelyDemonstrates the ability to influence and work across various teams to set the agenda ( interpersonal skills) Ability to define the strategy and break it down into consumable parts for people to engageWorks with the team to inculcate the culture of security and provide necessary training and awareness to the developers

2. Reduce Risk Exposure Related To Corp Functions And Resilience To Threats At Enterprise Level By Proactive And Thematic Risk Minimization
3. To Drive "Risk-By-Design" Approach In Definition Of Frameworks/ Policies/ Processes That Enable In Corp Function Risk Minimization
4. To Drive Strategic Partnership Between R&C And Corp Functions & Provide Structured Risk Oversight And Governance Mechanism
5. To Drive Operational Excellence As A Culture Within The Function. Practice And Encourage The Team To Follow The Core Values Of The Organization
