Job Summary

Purpose

The Presentment Developer role is an individual contributor role that executes on customer electronic invoice requirements. It is a technical assignment that is responsible for the delivery of integrated electronic invoice presentment solutions to our external customers.  This includes the use of various technologies to develop and deliver internal and external solutions that support custom invoice presentment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Advanced MS programming using .net, VB and Access 
  • Becomes an expert in the electronic invoice solutions industry. 
  • Becomes an expert in internal Billing data flows. 
  • Translates business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications 
  • Creates implementation plans to deliver on-time solutions. 
  • Works with internal team to create standardized and custom invoice solutions. 
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings 
  • Creates high level user documentation to support new implementations. 
  • Build infrastructure and reporting to accumulate trend and performance data. 
  • Build Pre and Post invoice presentment support tools to maximize invoice accuracy and optimize invoice collectability.  Adapts to changing circumstances and assumes the role of a change agent, challenging the process and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Support AOP(Annual Operating Plan), local and national projects

Skill Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or Mathematics.

Requirements

  • English: 80% professional proficiency.
  • Prior experience in the creation of technical solutions using Java, MSSQL Server, Oracle Database Server
  • Basic Knowledge of UNIX and UNIX shell scripting
  • Working knowledge of FTP protocols
  • MS programming using .net, VB and Access.
  • Aptitude with database technology and report delivery tools. 
  • Project/program management experience 
  • Excellent analytical abilities 
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite. 
  • Effective organizational, prioritization and time management skills to multi –task and meet aggressive timelines on project deliverables 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment 
  • Results oriented and strong attention to detail and commitment to process improvement and quality

Other Requirements

Desired

  • IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender (WTX) or IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), B2B
  • Industry knowledge of EDI ANSI X12 Standards, XML Standards and eCommerce Integrations 
  • Familiarity with database administration or data warehousing
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Business Objects
