Java Senior Technical Lead - DevOps, AWS

Job Summary

Technical Lead with 12+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications within the Banking & Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, OpenShift, and Cloud-native architectures, along with experience in Fraud Detection & Prevention solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of scalable microservices.
  • Drive modernization from monolithic to cloud-native architectures.
  • Mentor teams and participate in architecture decisions.
  • Build secure, high-performance integrations with external financial systems.
  • Drive observability, resiliency, and DevOps best practices. 

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops solutions implementation and optimization.
2. Strong knowledge and experience in aws architecture, including services like ec2, s3, lambda, and rds.
3. Expertise in java programming and development, with the ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot issues.
4. Handson experience with ci/cd pipelines, containerization tools like docker, and automation tools like ansible.
5. Familiarity with infrastructure as code (iac) tools such as terraform or cloudformation.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
7. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Other Requirements

  • Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
  • Exposure to BPMN/Workflow platforms.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI frameworks.
