Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Kotlin and java, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development team in the successful execution of projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions using Kotlin and java.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in kotlin and java programming languages.
2. Strong experience in software development and design principles.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
4. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
5. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
6. Experience with database management systems and web application development.
7. Familiarity with cloud technologies and devops practices.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
