Kubernetes Practice Specialist - Azure DevOps

Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist in DevOps Solutions, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge DevOps practices, leveraging Kubernetes and Azure technologies. Your primary goal will be to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability of software development and deployment processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement devops strategies using kubernetes and azure devops tools to automate and streamline development workflows.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate, test, and deploy devops solutions that meet business objectives.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to devops implementations and deployments.
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization.
5. Monitor and optimize system performance, security, and availability in kubernetes and azure environments.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in devops, kubernetes, and azure devops to continuously improve processes and workflows.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops methodologies and tools, including ci/cd pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools.
2. Handson experience with kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
3. In-depth knowledge of azure devops services for building, testing, and deploying applications.
4. Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (iac) principles using tools like terraform or arm templates.
5. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance in kubernetes and azure environments.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members across different functions.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Microsoft Certified1.Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
