Job Summary

  • Should have strong experience in SCCM Infrastructure, Intune, co-management, CMG & S/w deployments
  • Ability to design, build and configure SCCM standalone and multi-tier hierarchy with cloud attach services
  • Subject matter experience in operating overall SCCM medium to large, complex solutions and SCCM Infra changes
  • Strong experience in MECM cloud attach services like Co-management and CMG (Cloud management gateway)
  • Strong experience in MECM / SCCM CB infrastructure upgrades and Client rollouts
  • Strong experience in MECM / SCCM operations like Client Installation, Software Distribution, Software Updates, Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  • Analyze and troubleshoot experience in SCCM health monitoring, SQL Database Replication & Level 3 support of  SCCM Infra or MECM
  • Strong experience in Software Update Management, remediation and creating compliance dashboards for an enterprise
  • Strong experience in complex deployments, dynamic collections and custom SQL reporting
  • Good experience in managing and deploying 3rd party application patches as well as driver updates to clients machines and servers throughout enterprise
  • Capability to review existing process around s/w distribution and patch management and bring automation in place where possible, and streamline existing process to increase Patch compliance
  • Troubleshoot Leval3 SCCM Infra issues and able to handle SCCM technical escalations
  • Knowledge in scripting – PowerShell, VB

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 7 Years of relevant experience in design, installation and support of MECM / SCCM in an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience within a distributed environment of at least 5000+ workstations and servers
  • Excellent process oriented skills with regards to MECM / SCCM and troubleshooting within an enterprise environment
  • Understanding of ITIL / IT service Management
  • Experience in Team Lead with excellent communication skills ( both written as well as verbal)
  • Ready to work in shifts, time 24 / 7 / Rotational shift

Skill Requirements

  • Must be proficient with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM CB) including MECM
  • Candidate must be proficient and experienced in coordinating the execution of standard ITIL release management processes for patch management, software application deployment, User Acceptance Testing and Large Scale deployment coordination via automated distribution tools (SCCM)
  • Should be able to perform new site installation, upgrade and migration
  • Good SCCM infrastructure management knowledge\experience required and troubleshooting skills in a large global environment
  • Able to perform SCCM client deployments, remediation and troubleshooting
  • Should be comfortable with all the SCCM features software deployment, WSUS patching, report and OSD – image creation and deployment
  • Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM
  • Ability to respond and interact with management stakeholders regarding escalation of customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.
  • Hands-on experience in creating SQL Reports based
  • Knowledge in any scripting  – PowerShell / VB

 

Other Requirements
