Daily Health check ActivityBAU incident and request management as per ITSM ticket toolAWS Workspace provisioning & DeprovisioningMonitor the alerts for the AWS environment via CloudwatchWorking on end user issues pertaining to login and performance.Monthly security patching.Disk quota expansion.Creating reports from Cloudshell/Powershell.Provide guidance and recommendations on capacity planning.Creation of new directoriesMaster Image creation/updationCreation and management of BundlesVolumetric analysis to identify environment pain areas and fixing themHands on experience on AWS WorkspaceHands on experience in AWS EC
