Job Summary
Infoblox DDI engineering role requiring deep technical expertise, operational ownership, documentation discipline, automation mindset, and ability to support complex enterprise environments with 24/7 accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation for DDI solutions with engineering team.
- Deploy, configure and maintain Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) solutions(e.g. physical/VM appliances & NTP hardware.)
- Implement and manage DNSSEC to enhance DNS security.
- Support Tier1 team planning and executing of MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete) of the following DDI objects:
- DNS Data move/add/change/delete
- IP Subnet move/add/change/delete
- IP address move/add/change/delete
- DHCP scopes move/add/change/delete
- DHCP reservations move/add/change/delete
- DHCP options move/add/change/delete
- User Group move/add/change/delete
- IPAM option move/add/change/delete
- Responsible of Tier2/Tier3 incident, change and problem tickets (ETMS) which could consist of (but not limited to):
- Perform device configurations
- Internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades
- Join new Grid members using CLI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Grid join issues.
- Manage Grid and service licenses through the Infoblox Support Portal.
- Upload Grid and service licenses via CLI and GUI.
- Create and manage DNS Name Server Groups.
- Establish DHCP Failover Associations.
- Import IPAM Networks and Network Containers from CSV files.
