Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Linux Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Linux infrastructure in a large-scale production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Linux server administration, performance tuning, security compliance, patch management, automation, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of critical business applications. 

Perform troubleshooting of Linux OS, kernel, filesystem, networking, and application-related issues.\\\\r\\\\nManage user accounts, permissions, groups, and security policies.\\\\r\\\\nConfigure and support services such as Apache, Nginx, DNS, NTP, SSH, FTP, and SFTP.\\\\r\\\\nPerform OS hardening and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.\\\\r\\\\nAutomate routine administrative tasks using Shell Scripting, Ansible, or Python.\\\\r\\\\nSupport server backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.\\\\r\\\\nManage logical volume management (LVM), filesystem expansion, and storage allocation.\\\\r\\\\nCollaborate with application, database, storage, network, and security teams.\\\\r\\\\nParticipate in incident, change, problem, and release management activities.\\\\r\\\\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.\\\\r\\\\nProvide support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

nstall, configure, administer, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu). Manage server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and operating system lifecycle activities. Monitor system performance, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and proactively resolve issues. Perform troubleshooting of Linux OS, kernel, filesystem, networking, and application-related issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, groups, and security policies. Configure and support services such as Apache, Nginx, DNS, NTP, SSH, FTP, and SFTP. Perform OS hardening and ensure compliance with organizational security standards. Automate routine administrative tasks using Shell Scripting, Ansible, or Python. Support server backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Manage logical volume management (LVM), filesystem expansion, and storage allocation. Collaborate with application, database, storage, network, and security teams. Participate in incident, change, problem, and release management activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks. Provide support during critical incidents and planned maintenance activities.
