Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Azure IaaS components including Virtual Machines, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Load Balancers, and Storage Accounts
- Perform advanced Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE) including patching, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security hardening
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead bridge calls with stakeholders
- Implement and manage identity & access controls using Azure AD (Entra ID) and RBAC
- Monitor infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud
- Ensure security compliance (CIS hardening, patch compliance, encryption, vulnerability management)
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / ARM templates / scripting
- Design and manage networking components including route tables, load balancers, and connectivity solutions
- Support cost optimization and performance tuning initiatives in Azure
- Collaborate with application, DB, and DevOps teams for deployment and issue resolution
- Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation
Skill Requirements
Strong experience in Azure IaaS services (VMs, Storage, Networking) Deep expertise in Linux Administration (L3 level) Experience in incident management & troubleshooting (L3 support) Hands-on with Azure security & monitoring tools Secondary / Good to Have Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep) CI/CD exposure (Azure DevOps) Scripting (Shell / Python / PowerShell) Knowledge of Windows (L2 level) and hybrid environments Experience & Qualification 6–10+ years in IT infrastructure / cloud support Mi
