Job Summary

Job Description : Primary: ServiceNow HRSD, Secondary: ServiceNow ITSM

We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. The candidate will lead HRSD development activities, manage release cycles, and collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to deliver enterprise-scale HR solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in HR Case Management, Employee Center, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, along with a proven track record of implementing automation and integrations that enhance employee experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Design & Configure HR Services within the HRSD module, including case types, templates, and service offerings. • Develop HR Case Management solutions, Employee Center, and HR Service Catalog items. • Build Flow Designer Flows to automate HR processes and service fulfillment activities. • Maintain Decision Tables to support dynamic routing, approvals, assignments, and business logic. • Configure Escalation Rules & SLAs, notifications, and case lifecycle management. • Develop Business Rules & Scripts, UI policies, and integrations to support HR operations. • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve HRSD-related issues; provide ongoing platform support. • Participate in platform upgrades, enhancement activities, and solution optimization initiatives. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. • Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Skill Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support. • Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, and HR Service Catalog. • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Decision Tables, and automation of HR workflows. • Proficiency in scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies). • Experience in configuring SLAs, notifications, and escalation rules. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Other Requirements

 ServiceNow certifications (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM). • Exposure to domain-separated instances and multi-region implementations. • Expertise in REST API integrations, Script Includes, ACLs, and GlideRecord.
