Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions.
  • Implement and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, catalog items, integrations, and automations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Perform platform enhancements, upgrades, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
  • Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM development.
  • Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro).
  • Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Skill Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITAM certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
