Job Summary
End-to-end Interaction with Users and providing End user Support basis Tickets.2.In case tickets are not there, Need to Support users and raising interactions.3.Provide technical support and consulting services on all IT-related matters, includinglaptop and desktop hardware, peripherals and desktop.4. Smart hands job may require occasional evening and weekend shifts.5.Troubleshoot multiple computer and mobile platforms; Macintosh, Windows, Linux,Android and Os6. Provide advanced support for multiple enterprise applications including: e-mail,calendar scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, Internet browsers,as well as specialized department-specific applications7. Provide console access to remote team for network related issue troubleshooting8. Provide basic support in network cabling ie crimping, patching Trouble shoot L1printer related issue9. Service Level Agreement metrics achievement and closure of Tickets.10. Responsible for the inventory control as well as AMDB accuracy of their site/sites11.Installation and support of PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and connectedequipment in anIT enterprise environment12.Assists Deskside teams with the application of basic diagnose.13. Asset Wipe and Decomm.14. Tech Refresh
