Job Summary

GAM Roles & Responsibilities Global access Management involves overseeing and controlling access to information and systems across an BCBSRI organization. SLA: For GAM we have 2 SLA’s Immediate Termination – 2 hrs SLA Incident for Immediate Termination need to action quickly and close the INC within 2 hrs SLA. Recertification SLA for SOC Applications – Semi- Annual Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Creating AD account and sharing credentials to the respective managers. 2) Performing the terminations based on the term date. 3) Remove application access for all terminated users before closing the ticket. 4) Providing application access based on the request. 5) GAM Team supports 17 applications to provide access to the user. 6) Recertification for 8 SOC2 applications were doing on yearly twice on the month of March and October. 7) For NON-SOC, 7 application we are performing on yearly once (July). 8) Claims Xten is SOC2 application, but we are doing recertification on the month of July yearly once. 9) Network File Share – 8 hrs SLA (NAS) providing access to the drive path with proper approvals this should be closed by 8 business hours. 10) Managing the security mailbox and ensuring timely responses to all emails. s
